The official rulings of the NYSRWB are issued in writing.  Any discrepancies between a  ruling set forth on this web site and the written ruling should be resolved in favor of the  written ruling.  Rulings against an individual(s) and/or identity, including horses, can be  amended negating a prior Ruling.  Formal Rules & Regulations are available online.
